Many People Are Saying Trump Wants To Harm US Troops

A normal president who cares about their country would be quite concerned to learn about a foreign nation offering to pay the Taliban to kill their soldiers.  Donald Trump doesn't really care about that.  At all.  That's a problem for our security.

Why wouldn't he care?  His only interest in the military is making sure they vote for him.  The US troops aren't the ones with the power to grant Trump permission to operate in Moscow, and so to Trump, they'll always be second best, behind Putin.  The US military isn't Trump's favorite military.  Trump's favorite military is the army of goons that he's creating to defend him after he loses the election.  This army of goons is comprised of people from the Bureau of Prisons and other fringe agencies loosely associated with security.  We've seen Trump test them and prepare them already.  Trump is hoping the goons will be able to defend him so that he can maintain power indefinitely.  After he suggested on July 19th to Chris Wallace that he might not respect the results of the election (see previous post), he then went much further on July 30th and said this:

Even a co-founder of The Federalist Society, the organization that is closely associated with all of Trump's judicial nominees, has suggested in a New York Times Op-Ed that Trump be impeached and removed from office.  That would be a radical statement from anyone in the Federalist Society's ranks, but it's understandable.  The picture is becoming clear that Trump will grow louder and more repetitious in his lies in order to subdue voices that speak out against him.  Therefore, we need to speak out against him that much more.  Trump needs to be rejected by the largest margin in history in order for him to realize that there is zero support for him as President.
