There are some with past ties to the Republican party that attempt to bring the Republicans back to their normal state. Joe Scarborough's outrage at what the Republicans have become is understandable.
If only the Fox News viewers could hear this message, it would be some necessary medicine. If Fox News viewers could have the truth many months ago, the sedition at the Capitol Building likely wouldn't have ever happened. It will take time to ease Fox News viewers back to reality, but the longer Fox News is willing and able to continue immersing viewers in an alternative reality, the longer we'll continue to hear domestic terrorism alerts such as the one that was issued today by the Department of Homeland Security. This is what donald trump has brought us to. This is the apex of trump's campaign to turn Americans on one another.
